Personal Description:

I am a primary teacher based in Cork City with an Honours Degree in Irish and Geography and a Master’s in Primary Education. Three years ago, I also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Special Educational Needs, further enhancing my ability to support the individual needs of every learner.

Tutoring Experience:

With 9 years of teaching experience across all class levels, I have worked as a class teacher, a special class teacher, and a special education teacher, giving me a broad and well-rounded understanding of how to support every learner.

Approach to Grinds:

As an experienced teacher, I begin by assessing each student’s current level to identify their specific challenges. From there, I provide clear instruction, guidance, and encouragement, working closely with the student to build their skills step by step. This approach not only improves their performance in the subject but also strengthens their confidence in their own ability.
