With first-class degrees from some of the most prestigious universities in the UK and France in languages, literature, and philosophy, I am a highly-qualified educator with nearly a decade of experience teaching children and young people, preparing them for exams and admissions interviews, and helping them to succeed at the highest levels.
I have worked as a private tutor in the UK and France for almost a decade, designing and delivering bespoke classes to individuals and groups of a wide ranges of ages and abilities. I have experience teaching at university level, at the University of Oxford, where I was both a lecturer and ran admissions interviews, both of which have given me a unique perspective into the Oxbridge admissions process which I have put to use in coaching young people to apply for this and other competitive institutions.
As an educator, I begin with empathy. We all have our struggles when engaging with unfamiliar material or concepts, and no one person's experience is going to be the same as the next. I try to see where my students are coming from, so as to better be able to help them navigate the challenges they face. In so doing, I find I'm able to tap into their abilities, to ignite their self-confidence, and to help them achieve the highest levels of success.
