I am Abidemi (Abi) and married, living with my husband three children two boys and one girl. I live in Harold Hill. I have a degree in Education and Community Development at University of East London. I am very friendly, patient, creative, ambitious, thrive on challenge and constantly setting goals for myself and learners. I able to teach with any form of age group, flexible, hardworking and well experienced. I always look for an opportunity to help my learners to do better, achieve their goals in life and being able to increase their potential.

I am a qualified teacher and tutor with more than two years experience starting from Early years, KS1, 2, 3, Sixth Form, Adult College and Further Education setting.
I worked as a childminder, nursery, primary, secondary and colleges teacher still present moment. I always ensure to follow the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Cycle, which is a systematic process for learners where they will have a positive experience and they are able to achieve their goals and help to be on the right level by carrying out an assessment on them before I proceed. By doing this, I will be able to identify the learner needs, planning learning according the needs, able to facilitate learning, assessing and evaluating their learning at the end of each teaching session, term or year.
I have an effective teaching skills to engaged my learners during teaching and learning. This including teaching approaches such as given assignments to challenge their potentials and consolidate learning. Brainstorming, a list or a drawing of suggestions or ideas regarding a particular theme, topic or problem. Quickly stimulates thoughts and ideas. Buzz groups are been used for short topics to be discussed in small groups, break up a more formal session. I do use closing activity that will help learners to find out what each learner has gained from the session.
