I started to see Adam after my Maths teacher told me I would not be able to do A level maths as I had only got a B at GCSE. Without his help I would have had to give up on my ambitions for university but instead I am just about to start my MA in Astrono**Contact Detail Removed** Science and Astrophysics at Kent University. Adam is an excellent tutor, he restored my confidence in my abilities, explained things clearly and was tough with me when I needed it. He contacted me after key tests and was helpful between lessons if I needed it. He has a great sense of humour and I enjoyed going to lessons with him. He was one of the first people I contacted when I got my AS and A level results. I would definitely recommend him as a tutor. Ben age 18.

Adam is an excellent tutor, my son thoroughly enjoyed his tuition and improved week on week in knowledge and confidence resulting in an A* in his Maths GCSE in August 2016… What more can you ask from a tutor, THANK YOU ADAM!!!

We got in touch with Adam late in the day a couple of months before my Son's GCSEs. My Son was struggling with confidence with his Maths and Adam kindly agreed to fit him in once a week despite his busy schedule. My Son went into his exams much happier than when he first saw Adam just a few months earlier.

Adam is a knowledgeable skilled teacher and very patient but firm when needed. I can't recommend him enough!

My daughter has had 4 lessons so far, by Skype. I sat in the first one at Adam's suggestion. It works well. Adam has a clear enthusiasm for the subject area and often explains issues by relevant to practical applications. He is very approachable and flexible and most importantly my daughter is finding the sessions very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Adam went out of his way to help in any way possible and he is clearly an enthusiastic tutor, who knows his subject. I would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone looking for a GCSE Maths tutor in the area.

My son had found some aspects of Chemistry AS difficult first time around. Adam really helped him become a lot more confident in dealing with these tricky elements, and boosted his predicted grade to an A/B. He has always been very clear and professional and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Adam is great tutor. He explains math topics clearly and is very patient. My son has gained a lot of confidence as a result of Adam's tutoring skills, and is looking forward to achieving his potential in his maths GCSE exam next year.

Adam tutored my son on a weekly basis for about a year in the run up to his GCSEs. Covering the Biology, Chemistry and Physics syllabus, Adam took my son from fairly average grades to 3 straight As in his GCSEs [in two sciences he was just a couple of marks away from A*].

Adam comes highly recommended. He is always well prepared for sessions with past papers and a wide knowledge of the range of exam boards and their expectations. A very honest and down-to-earth teaching style worked exceptionally well with getting the required results.

We are grateful to Adam for the teaching and personal support that he provided to our son. Before Adam started our son was failing in chemistry but by the time of the final exams he was confident and performing at a high level.

Adam is great. My daughter gets on really well with him and is feeling much more confident since she has been going to him. She says he gives examples which help her to remember things and explains things in a way that she is able to easily understand. Adam has been a real "find". I urgently needed a GCSE level tutor of the 3 sciences for my son who, having missed a lot of school time this year, was some way behind on his studies. Adam has really engaged him, and has worked hard to improve his understanding and knowledge base in all 3 subjects, and has given him a much needed confidence boost. Amazingly my son has never complained about going for his tutorials even when they've been on Sunday mornings and school holidays; if only Adam had the same ability to get him to tidy his room!

Adam has a calm and friendly teaching manner and my son found his maths sessions extremely useful and helpful. My son was only tutored for a short time but crammed in a lot and more importantly, learned a lot from these sessions. Adam replies promptly to emails and text and was very accommodating when asked to fit in extra tutor sessions. As a parent I found Adam a very interesting man and enjoyed our brief conversations when dropping off and picking up.

My son has found Adam to be extremely engaging and helpful. He has managed to explain complex subject in a way my son understands and I am happy to say he is very happy to see Adam each week which is fabulous! My impression of Adam is that he makes science fun and affords his pupils time and patience when explaining a particular subject, engaging them in a way that sometimes teachers at school cannot. 1:1 tutoring with Adam is proving very helpful and I hope he is able to help my son achieve to the best of his ability. I am confident that if my son works well with Adam his predicted grades will improve along with his confidence and enjoyment of science!

My son reports that Mr teaches very well. If you are looking for a private tutor of a secondary school pupil, Mr will be a good choice.

Adam has been very helpful and has explained topics in a way that i can understand them. He has also helped me massively with previous things i could never do in Maths and Biology that i can now successfully complete.

Adam is patient, reliable and dedicated to his role as tutor. Adam has a very solid grasp of his subject and is well prepared for lessons.
