My approach is always pupil centered. I adapt my teaching strategies to meet the needs of each pupil in order so they maximum their learning. My enthusiasm is portrayed in my planning and my teaching. Pupils are actively learning throughout and are encouraged to participate. I understand through base line assessments and pupils evidence in book what their current targets are and where they need to be.
