My son only had one lesson with Mr . Mr is very organised and clearly very on top of the material and of planning the learning process. I also received clear feedback re what was required, which was appreciated. Unfortunately my son didn't find his lesson a pleasant experience and this did not motivate him to study with Mr , my son declined to continue with the lessons.

Adrian is an inspiring tutor, my son always enjoys his lesson and finds it very engaging.

Mr has been an excellent tutor for me, boosting my confidence in biology especially during coronavirus times where learning online in school was a bit of a challenge. he provides a rich amount of resources so you can practice topics in your specification making you leave the lesson understanding way more than you would in class. would highly recommend!

Adrian has an excellent understanding of the mark schemes which tend to get overlooked in mainstream teaching. He is particularly good at explaining the mechanisms involved and concepts which can be applied to questions.
Adrian also introduces extension topics in an exciting manner, making the lessons fast paced and always interesting. Adrian is an empathetic and diligent man always happy to provide advice, papers and questions via email.

Adrian has been tutoring my daughter GCSE Chemistry, Biology and Physics for the past 2 months and he is a remarkable tutor. At the start, he made an amazing impression as he was professionally prepared. He kept a strong work ethic and his ways of explaining science-related topics are effective. Currently tutoring my daughter. He has a great online system which enables students to follow the lesson easily. Since her sessions with Adrian my daughters grades have improved dramatically thanks to his thorough teaching and patience.

Adrian has not only covered a lot of theory, but also really helped with exam technique/ understanding what the question is asking and relating things back to the specification.
There are limited resources for CIE, but he took the time to update his website with questions relevant to my exam board.
He explains things in a detailed and interesting way, with an emphasis on understanding why certain biological processes occur instead of just learning them by rote.
Lessons are supplemented with packs of exam style questions, both from past papers and questions he has written himself, to ensure the topic has been covered in a range of different contexts, and the strategies he teaches are applicable to a range of different types of questions
(e.g.interpreting data, describing trends, and picking apart information in comprehensive style questions).

An excellent tutor. His tailor-made approach helped my daughter to achieve a grade A in Biology at A'Level.

Adrian tutored my twin daughters for their A Level Biology exams. They found his lessons extremely interesting and knowledgeable. He had various resources, which helped consolidate the content, which he had covered whilst pushing their knowledge to the boundaries of the specification. My daughters found his lessons very engaging, Adrian challenges the students by asking difficult questions. Adrian is an excellent tutor and i would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody who needs help with Biology or any student who wishes to pursue a career in Medicine.

Adrian helped my daughter with mock GCSE biology. She really enjoyed his lessons after a series of awful teachers at school, and i'm sure he boosted her grade significantly. He is flexible, punctual, and i think the biggest accolade was my daughter's comment that she wished he was her biology teacher at school. I would recommend him for any science support.

Adrian is a brilliant and knowledgeable biology teacher. He has really helped my dyslexic son improve his a level grades, he was on a U and has just achieved a B in his mocks in a short period of time. Adrian’s knowledge is fantastic and he is great at explaining everything in an interesting and exciting way. He is very thorough - through the tutorials, his own online resources, the homework and exam practice paper support my son’s knowledge, understanding and self-confidence has grown enormously.
