Similar to yourself, I was once a student who had ambitions in creating 3D Game Art for triple A companies or creating art for those with innovative ideas. One of my most favourite passions revolved around the spectacular creation and insertion of environmental art which helped to pave the way for immersive and heartfelt experiences. I studied for 4 years in Computer systems, Computer Science, CGI Architectural Visualisation and lastly Games Design in order to define my own craft and working styles.

I truly believe that 3D Art is the home of inspirational stories all weaved into the tapestry of time, themes and locations. I have devoted countless hours into video games - admiring the art in the games and assessing all of the technicalities associated with honing their craft.

One thing I always love to say is that Art is purely down to the creator and anything can be beautiful and with such power and skill we can define our own legacy and bring our passions to life! Step by step we can build on what makes us tingle and use those emotions to deliver on our own version of fantasy.

Whether you're a fresh beginner or somewhat experienced looking to get stuck in with Autodesk Maya or Blender then join my personalised lessons designed to make you proficient in 3D modelling and animation.

Teaching Techniques & Methodology:

For newcomers I use a hands-on, project-based approach, ensuring you understand the fundamentals while working on exciting projects. My main teaching pack will be a 7-part series which takes you through the following:

• Introduction to 3D
• 3D Modelling Your First Real Object
• In-Scene Reference Modelling
• Creating a Bedroom
• Lighting & Rendering Bedroom
• UV Mapping & Texturing Basics
• Industry Workflow Part 1
• Industry Workflow Part 2

If you do not need this beginner pack then please let me know in your request what you would like to learn or if you have an existing project that you need help with then we can work on that together. These lessons are tailored to your pace and learning style.

Typical Lesson Length:

Each session is 60 minutes, providing ample time to cover concepts and practice skills without feeling rushed.

With a Masters background in Games Design, Computer Science, Animation, and extensive experience as an Esports lecturer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to my teaching.
