My daughter Zoe had her first maths lesson with her tutor Aidan last Wednesday and it was a great start, Zoe lacks confidence, however, Aidan put her at ease and got her to think more clearly about the question in hand. Zoe was very eager to carry on working on her homework afterwards. She is looking forward to her next lesson this weekend.

Aidan has been excellent at helping my son gain confidence and understanding of the subjects he has been tutoring him in, mainly Higher physics and Nat 5 maths. We have had the benefit of Aidan tutoring for over a year now and my sons' teachers have said that he is improving a lot and his grades have gone up. Aidan has been accommodating and flexible throughout the whole covid experience and he has worked well wth my son online since restrictions came in, he has been an absolute godsend during home schooling and I don't know where we would be without his input. I would highly recommend him. He is really friendly and great at putting teenagers at ease.

Aidan has been teaching GCSE maths and physics to my son, who really enjoys the lessons. He has managed to increase his grades in both subjects and help his confidence. Aidan takes great trouble to be useful and helpful, I am so delighted we found him.

Lovely, down to earth guy, who is a natural teaching children. My daughter looks forward to his lessons as he is able to explain difficult concepts in a way that young children can understand.

Aiden is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and put my son at ease from the word go. I am positive that he will be an outstanding mentor and help with his learning and advancement.

Cannot recommend Aidan highly enough. Helped our son steam through his Intermediate II (Nat-5 equivalent) physics and chemistry exams last year (2015), subjects which which he had been previously struggling. Really decent fellow, easy to deal with, superb teacher, completely reliable, works miracles, generally top hole -- the true Jeeves of the tutoring profession.

Aidan was a great help to Callum as he prepared for his Higher Physics, giving him confidence in his ability and also to help him understand things that hadn't always been very clear to him.

Aidan was a fantastic help - my son went from a D in his National 5 chemistry to an A in his final exam. My son found him very easy to get along with. Aidan explained things clearly and my son was never afraid to ask questions.My son commented that "Aidan did not just tell me the answers but got me to work through the problems myself" and it worked! Aidan was very reliable in his tutoring sessions and was very flexible if we needed to change the timings of his tutorials. More often or not the sessions would run over the hour if my son needed help. Would not hesitate to recommend Aidan to anyone who is looking for a tutor.

First class job - helped my 15 year old son gain confidence in Chemistry, Biology and Physics - and a great guy too !

From the beginning Aidan had a fantastic approach to teaching. Even after the first class my son felt a lot more confident and positive. He has a very patient and calming nature that put both my son and myself instantly at ease. Aidan was able to get my son's grade up from a pass to a B. Consequently my son now enjoys Maths again and has chosen it as one of his choices for his A Levels. I have no hesitation in recommending Aidan as a tutor.

Our daughter's grade in the second GCSE Physics paper improved from borderline B/A to A* with Aidan's help. His relaxed and humorous style mean that tutorials are not a chore or a pressure.
