Alex is extremely patient with Florin and she does not leave lesson unless he understands really well the methods of resolving the calculus.
Would definitely work with Alex to support Florin's exams. She build quickly her relationship with Florin.

Alex has quickly built a good working relationship with Tom and put him at ease.
