Hi, I'm Alexis; an educator who has worked in Australian primary schools and high schools both with my own class and as a supply teacher. I graduated in 2023 with a Masters of Education, specialising in English teaching and achieving a Distinction Average.

I offer tutoring for EAL, English, English Language, English Literature, ESL, IELTS, ISLPR, Media Studies, PTE, Reading, TOEFL.

Tutoring Experience

My experience includes teaching both primary and secondary students, with a particular focus on supporting students who are learning English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D). I have special experience teaching English to students who are new English speakers, and I am used to working in schools where many students do not speak English at home.

Tutoring Approach

In our first session, I will assess your level of understanding and tailor lesson plans to address your individual learning style and requirements. We will discuss the structure any exams/assessments you may have, and address any questions. In addition, I offer comprehensive academic support, including homework assistance and exam preparation.
