I enjoy living in Winchester and am involved in many local activities,which include volunteering with local history groups. I am an active historian and recently have written a Hampshire Paper ( due to be published in 2023) and am presently undertaking further research into Hampshire's past.
I have taught History to mainly sixth form students for over 30 years in several institutions including the three sixth form Colleges near to Winchester. I have extensive experience of teaching several modules from the three of the main specifications which offer History A Level.
I am experienced in supporting and tutoring first degree students having taught at University of Winchester.
The needs of the student come first and I plan sessions with this in mind in consultaton with the student.
