Hi, I am a second-year Dentistry student with a passion for helping others succeed and achieve top grades, aiming for 7-9s. I actually have extensive tutoring experience which spans over 5 years, I achieved 9 GCSEs at grade 9, including an A* in ICT IGCSE in Year 9, and have a strong foundation in STEM subjects.
Beyond academics, I’ve been training in kickboxing since the age of 4 and hold a black belt, with additional training in MMA. I’ve also led kickboxing classes for young adults, which has helped me develop key skills in motivation, discipline, and engagement—qualities I bring to my tutoring approach.
My experience extends to working in a pharmacy, where I gained invaluable skills in communication and performing under pressure. I’ve also guided multiple individuals through their Dentistry interview preparations and helped my younger brother prepare for the UK Junior Maths Challenge, where he achieved Olympiad status. This experience highlights my ability to work with students of all ages and abilities, fostering focus and motivation.

Tutoring Experience

With over five years of tutoring experience, I have consistently helped students surpass their academic expectations, transforming predicted grades into top results. I’ve supported A-Level students in raising their grades from predicted D’s to A*s, and guided GCSE students in making significant progress—from grade 3s to 7s, and 6s to 9s. One of my most rewarding experiences was helping my younger brother prepare for his entrance exams, ultimately securing a place at one of the top grammar schools in the country. My tutoring style is results-driven but compassionate, focusing on tailored lesson plans, exam strategies, and building lasting academic confidence. I take pride in helping students of all abilities unlock their full potential and develop a genuine love for learning.

I’ve developed a structured approach to tutoring that caters to students of all abilities, focusing on boosting both their confidence and understanding of each topic. Here’s how my lessons are organised

Clear learning goals:
Each lesson begins with an overview of the objectives (via a PowerPoint) so you’ll know exactly what we aim to achieve during our time together.

Reviewing prior knowledge:
To tailor the lesson to your needs, I’ll ask a few questions to assess your current understanding of the topic.

Educational videos:
Occasionally, I will use videos to offer a wider perspective and help you see how concepts connect with one another.

Step-by-step learning:
break the material down into easy-to-digest sections, walking you through each part and checking for understanding through questions to keep you engaged.

Practice with exam-style questions:
At the end of each session, I will challenge you with an exam-style question to test your knowledge, providing detailed, tailored feedback to help you improve.

Additional resources:
After the lesson, I will share extra materials and practice questions, complete with answer keys, so you can review and continue your progress on your own
