I'm a BSc Hons. graduate with majors in Accounting & Finance. I have always had a passion for teaching. During my studies I worked as a private tutor and after graduation I took up a teaching position. I believe I can contribute to the learning and understanding of Mathematics for anyone at elementary or intermediate level.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching Mathematics for five years, the first two serving as a teaching assistant at university level and the last three as a mathematics teacher to both primary and secondary students at a private school. I have been registered with Maths Doctor since April 2014 and use this platform to provide mathematics related guidance to concerned students (no exception for age or grade) as a full time role. I have to date provided mathematics tuition to several students (50+) with an excellent feedback.

Tutoring Approach

I am passionate about improving students' problem solving skills and feel a real sense of satisfaction when students achieves their required grades. I use the first few sessions to learn the tutees' learning pace and adapt my tutoring style according the person. I believe in a two way communication stream and always make the tutoring session as interactive as possible
I look forward to helping students as they search for an effective and adaptable tutor to guide them through their mathematical problems.
