I am a recently qualified primary teacher
who carefully organises and tailors work to fit each clients needs. I can provide support, additional resources and regular feedback to allow the client assess both their weaknesses and strengths.

Tutoring Experience

I have gained a range of experience within many schools, have worked with children between 3-11 years old so have a strong understanding of planning and teaching for the curriculum, as well as a range of abilities and learning needs.
I can adapt my teaching methods to match the learning style and needs of your child, offering a personalised learning programme. I am able to provide an engaging atmosphere for learning, using a range of activities to motivate your child, so that they can get the most out of their one-to-one sessions with me.

Tutoring Approach

I begin by assessing a student in the subject(s) which they would like to focus on. This can be done in a variety of ways, for example exam style questions, discussion and observation. From this I make a plan with short and long term goals.
