Professional Summary: I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chartered Physicist (CPhys) and a member of the Institute of Physics (UK). Worked as a Visiting scientist in the school of Electronic Electrical and System Engineering (University of Birmingham, UK) under the Royal Society (UK) fellowship scheme (June 2002 – December 2002). I published three books in the fields of Physics and Materials Science for the postgraduate students.

I received M.Sc. (Physics) degree in 1989 from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, and Ph.D. (Materials Science) degree from Dniepropetrovsk State University, Ukraine in 1994. I was a postdoctoral research fellow (1995-1998) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. I worked as a lecturer (1998-2000) at the IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, Dhaka (Bangladesh), and as a senior scientific officer (2000-2002) at the BCSIR, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

During the period (2014-2016), I completed the teacher training course: “BTEC level-3 Award in Education and Training (QCF)” from Solihull College, Birmingham. I worked as a GCSE and A-level Physics and Math tutor in different tutorial projects (The Access Project, Birmingham and Action Tutoring project, London) to prepare students for university admission.
