Beccy

My name is Beccy. I am 33 years old and I'm from Surrey. I have been a teacher for 10 years and I'm passionate about children enjoying learning and having the confidence to grow. I have taught throughout the EYFS - KS2 and have an in depth knowledge of the curriculum and specialise in teaching reading to all ages.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a qualified teacher since 2015. I have worked in a range of different schools and settings around the South East including inner city London and I've done supply teaching across EYFS - KS2. In my last post, I was heading of reading for the school.

Tutoring Approach

I like my students to be involved with their learning and not passively absorb information I give. I believe children learn best by asking questions, exploring and 'doing'.
I like to inspire children to learn by using creative resources and their personal interests.
