Tutoring Experience

Been tutoring for approx 30 years in the Bishopton/Erskine area and have a relaxed, open approach to ensure pupils do not feel any pressure unduly. It’s important that the pupil looks fwd to the lesson and gets what they want out of it. The lessons focus on whats being done in class currently and looking ahead to the next topic with a view of whats needed to perform well in the final exam always in mind. I've taught a number of students from the area with great success at both Higher and Nat 5 level aswell as younger pupils who only need limited support or confidence building.

Understanding of pressures on pupils across all subjects but focussed on relaxing the pupil to discuss areas where understanding not clear and key points to know to ensure good performance in exams
