I find the most effective approach for tutoring involves using an online notebook platform such as OneNote. This allows for clear organisation, distribution of resources and collaborative working on documents. I prefer the use of a device with a stylus/Apple Pencil for annotations, diagrams and exam skills.
I like to use a mix of discussion, clear explanation of diagrams and concepts, and modelling responses to past paper exam questions.
