Hi, my name is Catarina Removed and I'm currently at the University of Manchester studying a bachelors in Physics. I have strong communication skills, patience, and good understanding of the subjects. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn and develop enjoyment for the subject.

Tutoring Experience

I recently achieved A* grades in Maths and Physics A-levels, as well as A grades in Further Maths and Chemistry. This success has given me a thorough understanding of what examiners are looking for and the level of comprehension required for these assessments. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in physics, which allows me to provide a deeper understanding of Maths and Physics subjects. I found advanced knowledge to be instrumental in my own studies and believe it would also be beneficial to my students.

Tutoring Approach

I tend to focus my teaching approach on understanding the concepts of the subject. As well as when it comes to exam preparation getting familiar with the mark scheme to maximise results. I do this mainly by working through past exam questions and harder examples designed to test and solidify knowledge. However I am flexible and can adapt easily to a students needs and preferred method of learning.
