I am from London and have been teaching English to speakers of other languages for 12 years. I now live in the Cotswolds, in a village called Bishop's Cleeve. I have two young children so have found online lessons the perfect way to continue teaching in the evenings and at weekends.
Tutoring Experience
I have spent most of my professional career working at a university and specialising in Academic English. I have worked as an examiner, and can support my learners prepare for IELTS tests. I enjoy making personalised programmes of study for a range of purposes to suit the specific goals of my students.
Tutoring Approach
I ask my learners to complete a questionnaire so that I can find out what their goals and interests are. I then prepare a programme of lessons in collaboration with my learners, and we review and edit this as we go.
