I am a part-time teacher looking to use my skills to support children on a 1 to 1 basis. I have 3 children of my own and enjoy spending weekends out and about as a family. I have an active lifestyle and enjoy a range of different sporting activities.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for 21 years and have taught in a range of Schools across a range of year groups. I am up to date with the current Curriculum and expectations. As well as whole class teaching I have also had the opportunity to plan and provide interventions for small groups and individual pupils.

Tutoring Approach

I have a very positive approach to teaching and think carefully about planning varied lessons to suit individual needs and interests. I plan inspiring lessons in which the children feel their efforts are valued and become confident to share their own ideas and develop their own thoughts.
