I’m a dedicated 11+ tutor specialising in St Olave’s, Newstead Wood, Kent and Bexley grammar school exam preparation. The skills I cover are also highly relevant for Sutton, Medway, Essex and most other grammar and independent school 11+ exams.

Tutoring Experience

Over the past five years, I've been supporting children with their 11+ preparation through structured practice in maths, English, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning with carefully chosen resources and specialist support. This began with guiding my own two eldest children — both of whom gained entry into St Olave’s Grammar School — and naturally developed into tutoring for other families alongside my own.

Tutoring Approach

My goal is to equip every student with the skills, confidence and exam techniques they need to perform at their best - not only for the 11+ exams, but as a foundation for future academic success.

I do this through:
- small tutor groups (max. 8)
- progress tracking and statistical diagnostics to track each child's progress and pinpoint each student's strengths and areas for growth to ensure no gap is left unaddressed
- online zoom classes that are as interactive and fun as in-person but from the comfort of your own home without the stress of travel
- teaching all 4 11+ disciplines: Maths, English, Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning
- targeted preparation specifically for the ultra-competitive St Olave's Grammar School using knowledge gained from successfully guiding my two sons into St Olave's.
