Dear Renata. I do apologise that the circumstances did not work for you. On your first email, there was too short notice to arrange a session. I replied with an alternative date. You did not respond and comfirm that before the suggested date. Your next message was just a few days ago, which I have not been able to address yet due to an ongoing family health situation
