I am a friendly and approachable secondary school teacher who always does his very best for other people. I am passionate about the subjects I teach and have a great deal of life experience which I often use to enrich my teaching. I hold a current CRB certificate.

Tutoring Experience

Im a qualified and experienced teacher who currently teaches A Level and GCSE Psychology in a high achieving department at an outstanding secondary school, and have a proven track record of exam success. I also have experience teaching A Level and GCSE Health & Social Care.

I have tutored several students privately, and all have achieved better than their expected grades.

Tutoring Approach

I have an open and flexible approach to tutoring. Rather than have set goals that must be achieved in a session, I prefer to be guided by the student as to what they require my extra input with, and in so doing aim to provide a session that enhances the main learning being carried out in school or college. Every student is different and there are many reasons for seeking the support of a private tutor, therefore I provide an holistic approach that takes personal needs and circumstances into account.
