Mary Claire

I am a Chartered Psychologist who completed my PhD in 2015 specialising in social psychology and qualitative research (IPA and Thematic Analysis). I have 10 years experience of teaching numerous psychology subjects in higher education across multiple universities and have been tutoring privately for over 4 years now. I have taught on research methods (both quantitative and qualitative), developmental psychology, social psychology, cognitive psychology and health psychology modules.

I also completed a PG Certificate in Research Methods in 2012 alongside a BPS accredited undergraduate degree. As an experienced exam and essay marker I am able to help students with their writing and exam revision. Additionally, I am also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy with published research.

I am able to provide A level, undergraduate and post graduate tutoring (up to PhD level) and have recently completed a Certificate of Professional Development in Online Teaching.
