Can’t emphasise how good Cristian has been in helping my daughter with her maths . If anyone is looking to get additional tuition for their child I would highly recommend Cristian. My daughter certainly feels more confident when tackling queries that before she couldn’t do .

Cristian is an amazing teacher, who is always hands of with excellent insights and various ways of solving a problem. He is very reliable and my son really enjoyed working with him.

Cristian is an excellent Maths tutor. He explains the methods and formulas very well, he also has shown alternate ways and shortcuts to problem solving. My daughter loves to attend his lessons.

Cristian was prompt and engaging in terms of connecting with us before the lesson so we were impressed by this. However, my daughter felt that her first trial lesson was rushed covering many topics in one lesson and she did not understand what Cristian was trying to explain despite repeated attempts .
I think she is used to a different learning style with her previous teachers so I think it was just a mismatch of personalities rather than a criticism of Cristian's teaching abilities.

My daughter started her tuition with Cristian in April 2023. She found it hard moving from face to face tuition (she used to go to a tuition school) to Online Tuition with Cristian but Cristian was very professional and helped her feel at ease and did not mind that my daughter wanted to turn the camera off as it made her feel self-conscious. It must be hard to tutor a pupil without seeing their facial reactions and to gauge when the child has completed a task or needs more guidance but Cristian does well to manage the no camera situation. He is patient and kind and keeps me informed of progress regularly. So far very happy with Cristian's expertise and look forward to the support he can provide my daughter in the next two GCSE years.

Really brought up my math skills in a very short time, wouldn't have been able to get through my exam without Cristian's help. Excellent tutor.

Cristian has been my math tutor for the past few months , and he’s very knowledgeable and I always learn new tricks and techniques in facing math question every time I have a lesson , the lessons also go by very fast I am confident towards my gcse results !

My daughter started her tuition with Cristian at the end of 2021. She has always found the tuition to be helpful, tailored to her needs, she has always asked questions around topics she has found more difficult and Cristian has always helped her and no question has been unanswered. He has been flexible, including giving her extra lessons leading up to exam time. My daughter has just completed her Year 12 and she received an A in her Maths AS Level. Cristian has been helping our daughters (one in Year 8 and the other in Year 5) with their Maths lessons since last two years. He has quickly grasped the areas where they needed focus and worked on making sure that their fundamentals are thorough. This has resulted in a clear improvement in their understanding and thereby their performance in Maths in school. His approach to problem solving and the way he explains difficult areas has resulted in our girls viewing Maths as more interesting than when they started with Cristian. We would definitely recommend Cristian as an excellent tutor for anyone needing a thorough grounding in Maths fundamentals and advancing on from there.

Christian has proven to be a good tutor to Hugh although tutoring is difficult through Skype.
He has taken Hugh through aspects of GCSE Mathematics such as quadratics, trigonometry and surds.
He is prompt and professional and is a good motivator to Hugh.

Cristian replied promptly to my messages and was very helpful. We were unable to arrange a lesson as he was at full capacity

My daughter was taught by Cristian after starting her 'A' Level Maths and on realising her confidence needed a boost as think the curiculum was very fast paced after GCSE Maths. The sessions were weekly and all online and worked out absolutely great. Between them both they pretty much managed the content and communication hence I did not really get involved. I know my daughter definitely was boosted in her confidence and very much appreciated Cristian's help. Cristian is very friendly and easy to work with and would definitely recommend him as he knows his subject very well!

My 14 Year old son requested some additional support for his maths. I found Cristian purely by looking at this website and going off his feedback.

Cristian is a first rate tutor who quickly established a rapport with my son- on some lessons I even hear my son laughing! The topics are set through crisitan speaking directly with my son, so he gets the help HE wants and not what the tutor thinks he wants. The difficulty is appropriate and challenging, helping him to learn. There is also homework set, enabling practice on what has been taught, aiding familiarity with typical problems and how to solve them. Crisitian's communication with me through Instant Messaging is perfect, reminders of lessons, feedback post lesson and gentle reminders for payment. School wise, my son's grades and maths feedback have all improved and best in class scores have resulted where Cristian has been involved. Regardless of all the factual/ and teaching elements, my son simply enjoys being taught by Crisitian- and if my son is happy, content and has a strong bond with their teacher- he will be enthusiastic and motivated to learn, whatever the topic and however difficult it becomes! It is these interpersonal qualities which thoroughly underpin this glowing review! (May 21)

Cristian is a fun and engaging tutor. Our son enjoys the sessions and has stepped up his own commitment to achieving better results in maths at school. He recently achieved one of the highest marks in the class for an end of term test which he was really pleased about. Cristian works at the right pace for our son’s level of learning, clearly explains topics and sets appropriate homework for him to practice the subjects covered. We look forward to seeing the long term benefits of the weekly sessions as he draws nearer to taking his GCSE maths.

Christian is a very dedicated and approachable tutor, my son quickly felt comfortable as his student and continues to gain confidence during every lesson. My son especially likes Christians style of teaching, he is very observant which helps enables his explanations to be personally tailored to his students strengths. My son is only in year 7 but we are committed to working with Christian all the way to year 11 at least.

Christian is a great tutor, he is friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. I failed my first exam which is why I hired a tutor, I am pleased to say thanks Christians tutoring lessons I have passed my maths exam towards being a nurse. I would highly recommend him.

I have rated Cristian 4 only because my son has not yet taken his exams. However, in the few weeks my son has been taking Maths lessons, his confidence has greatly improved. We are hopeful of a good A-level result.

I was slightly concerned at the beginning as I didn't know how effective Skype tutoring would be compared to the more traditional way. However, the way Cristian delivers the lesson using the whiteboard works really well. My son really likes this method. He has found Cristian to be a good tutor who explains the concepts in a way he understands. Also Cristian is flexible so if my son has a problem he's happy to go through the topic/answer with him. Very happy with the tutoring - thanks.

I am a gap year student who really needed to revise maths after a long break. He understood this and was able to help me in areas that I struggled in before and showed me parts of the syllabus that were clearly explained at school.

Cristian is an excellent Maths teacher. He is very organised, he always comes prepared to the lesson and plans the lessons according to the needs of the student.He is very punctual and he never cancels a lesson. Cristian has helped my daughter tremendously with her GCSE Maths this year and she has really enjoyed his teaching style which if professional but relaxed at the same time, he always tries to incorporate some fun, which is a subject as dry as Maths!
I could not recommend Cristian more highly to anyone that is looking for Maths lessons for any age, I know that Cristian will deliver the best. I was a bit hesitant to try online teaching but it has been a great experience and my daughter prefers it now to face to face lessons.

We did not actually use Cristian as he only had online availability which is not what we were looking for. However, he replied very promptly to our initial request.

Cristian is a pleasure to deal with, he updates me after each lesson, which is invaluable. Our son is finding his lessons both enjoyable and productive, gaining a clear understanding of each topic. He has mocks coming up shortly, so hopefully we will have good news to report to Cristian.

Cristian has been tutoring my son for 18 months. My daughter was very impressed with her tuition from Cristian. She has never had online tuition before and was a little apprehensive but Cristion was very professional and she has found it most helpful.

Over the past 3 lessons I have had with Cristian I can already see an improvement in my Maths skills. I have online tuition over Skype for one hour a week and it has really surprised me how this method of teaching works really well. Being hesitant at first I accepted the offer and haven't doubted my decision since. Online tuition is a great way to fit into my busy schedule and allows for lots of flexibility. Cristian took me on knowing I had been declined by my school due to achieving a very low grade at AS but knew that I was adamant on continuing with the A2 whilst retaking all my AS exams. Nonetheless, Cristian did not back down from the great deal of work I had ahead of me and this is what motivated me to think I could do it. So far, he has helped me understand difficult concepts in the Core 3 Module of which he is teaching me from scratch and provided me with the necessary websites and questions that really tests how much I have learnt. I am extremely grateful that Cristian took me on as a student as it really boosted my confidence and I am now even more determined to prove to my teachers and family that I can get a good grade in both my AS and A2 Maths A Level!

Cristian is very patient with my daughter and is very good at ascertaining prior knowledge that she hasn't completely understood. Whilst reluctant to have a tutor initially, she has formed a good working relationship with Cristian and she herself can see the positive difference it has made to her mathematical understanding and ultimately her attainment has improved which has pleased her.

cris has really helped our son.He explains things easily and encourages the students to ask if they dont understand in a comfortable environment at home.He has managed to grasp much more of the topics and maths now causes far less anxiety for him.Thanks so much for helping him go up in his sets !

Cristian has now been Tutoring our Son for a couple of months, and we could quickly see a vast improvement. He has allready been moved up a group in Maths at school and has a new found confidence. Cris is an excellent Tutor and makes the sessions enjoyable. Hopefully over the next two years the improvement continues and we are hoping for some excellent GCSE results.
