I am a qualified Art Historian who has gained a variety of knowledge in all areas of art, history, world cultures and religious studies. I will be studying for my Masters Degree in Art History and have availability to tutor in the subjects of Art History, History, English and Religious Studies. I am passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge in a way that can be not only understood but enjoyed. No matter your level of understanding in these subjects - whether you are a GCSE, A-Level or University student, a complete beginner or in want of a pastime - I seek to tailor my teaching to your preferred topics/needs.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught a wide range of people during my time working at my local museum - from leading children's learning activities to giving lectures and town tours on local history to adults. I have volunteered as a library assistant and have given talks to local schools and care homes covering a wide array of topics. I am incredibly passionate about making learning accessible and enjoyable to everyone and encouraging younger people to have an interest in the world of art and history.

Tutoring Approach

My preferred method of teaching is taking into account the students preferences and integrating the ways in which they enjoy to learn alongside the teaching methods that will give them the most out of their learning - whether that be through more interactive activities such as quizzes and discussions or if they prefer being taught in a more similar way to lectures etc. Everyone learns in a variety of different ways and I am more than happy to tailor my tutoring to whichever way will be most effective and enjoyable for each individual student.
