Daniel was very positive, quick to reply and accommodating when making arrangements for our son's first lesson, but unfortunately he didn't mention the increase in his fee for travel costs until after we'd agreed everything. This made things awkward and didn't get the working relationship off on the right foot, so we decided not to proceed.

I think this has been a misunderstanding as regarding travel costs upfront.

I hope that Vanessa can find a good tutor.
