I am a CTCSOL qualified Mandarin teacher, currently working in England teaching HSK in the uni, but also giving classes in both primary school & secondary school; so I'm experienced with the learners of a wide age group. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language and a Master's Degree in linguistics; I KNOW the language not just as a native speaker but also a specialist. I'm an outdoor person, love rock climbing and cycling. Used to ride across Tibet in 21 days. As a Blues and Rock&Roll fan, I play the blues harp and piano myself. As a football fan...Heja BVB!

Tutoring Experience

2 years of teaching Mandarin Chinese in the Confucius Institute at De Montfort University and local primary school & secondary schools in Leicester with the experience of a wide age group; expertise in HSK (for adults), GCSE Mandarin (AQA, Edexcel and Cambridge exam boards) and YCT (Key Stage 1-3).
1 year experience of online tutoring.
