If something doesn’t make sense, it's important to ask as my role is to deepen your understanding, so never hold back. With a 1st class Master's degree in Maths, I’m well-equipped to answer any questions you have!

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring for the past five years, during this time my students have consistently achieved outstanding results. Not only have all of my students met their target grades, but 80% have also exceeded them.

As a fully qualified teacher with a PGCE and a 1st class Master's degree in Mathematics, I am well-versed in the latest exam board syllabi and teaching methods. This, combined with my deep understanding of the subject, ensures that I am ideally positioned to help you reach — and surpass — your academic goals.

Tutoring Approach

Once you get in touch with me through the website and we agree on tutoring, we will schedule a free 30 minute consultation call prior to the first lesson. During this call, we will discuss the student’s specific challenges, goals, and how I can best support them. Based on this discussion, I will develop a personalized learning plan to maximize the student’s progress and learning outcomes.

From there, we will begin formal tutoring, with each lesson structured as follows:

• A recap of previous material to reinforce understanding
• Introduction of new concepts with worked examples and guided questioning
• Practice exercises with tailored support
• Homework assignments to consolidate learning before the next session

About You:
I work with students who are fully committed to their learning journey. I only accept students who can:

• Commit to at least 1 regular lesson a week
• Dedicate time each week to regular practice and complete homework thoroughly (this is essential for success)
• Stay focused and actively engage during lessons by asking questions and working through problems
• Follow their personalised learning plan.
