Hello!
I have been a teacher in the West Midlands for 5 years. During this time I have taught pupils across all year groups from year 7-12. Currently I am the Deputy Head of science for my school where I co- lead on the design and implementation of the science curriculum. I have experience teaching the GCSE combined and triple science, to high and low prior attainers. Furthermore, I have taught pupils with a wide range of educational needs from MLD to autism, all pupils regardless of need and ability are welcome. My passion is to make science as interesting and engaging for the learner, to access their strengths and weakness and push them towards mastery,
Over my 5 year teaching career I have taught KS3 years 7 and 9.
I have three years experience teaching year 11 both GCSE combine and triple science.
Two years experience teaching Biology A-level (AQA)
Currently I work as the deputy head of science.
