Edward's Feedback

My son Ryan was lacking in confidence before working with Ed. His teacher at school had been long term sick and he had only had supply for around 6 months. Whilst working with Ed he taught Ryan the parts of his subject he was missing and helped him understand other content. Due to Ed’s skills when Ryan had issues with Chemistry as well as Biology he was able to assist him in that subject too. Overall Ryan has been very happy with Ed and his tutoring. Ryan’s understanding of his subjects was greatly increased with the support of Ed. I would thoroughly recommend him for other pupils who are looking for a tutor in science.

Ed did exactly what he said on the tin. He helped my son move up a grade by dedicated exam question practice. My son enjoyed the sessions and they focused his mind.

Ed has given my son more confidence in his maths abilities, coached him on things he needed more practice in, and has gently encouraged him to find his feet.

Ed has been a huge help to my daughter and we have seen big improvements in her test results. My daughter says he explains things a lot better than her school teachers. Highly recommend.

Edward is really helping me to learn the fundamentals of Chemistry in readiness for a nutrition degree. I am an older learner, an dhe is being extremely patient, and is clearly extremely knowledgeable

My son is studying foundation course n he said Edward taught him in a easy way and let him quickly understand chemistry subject since he only touch this subject in basic knowledge three years ago. It is difficult for him. My son only started 3 lessons with Edward. Hopefully, he can reach the required marks to promote to university under his teaching. I believe Edward can helpbhim to get the target. Thanks Edward.

Very good at explaining things and my son is enjoying his tutorial sessions.
My son is benefiting from his vast experience of the subject and feels very confident of achieving the top grades.

Taken on for A level chemistry tuition for my son who just after one lesson noticed a difference in his understanding of material that was covered in lessons. It has certainly helped boost his confidence and we are looking forward to seeing a marked improvement in my son's next mock exam result. Wished we'd found Edward last year but will definitely be considering help for our daughter when she starts year 12.

Met, had a general chat about A levels and discussed how we should proceed. My daughter is really looking forward to working with Ed.

My son has had one lesson with Edward and it all went very well. Edward's profile fitted my son's needs exactly. Its still early days but feeling confident that Edward will be able to help build confidence in readiness for the AS exams later this year.

James has had 3 sessions with Edward and has settled down very quickly. James really enjoys his sessions with Edward and has learned a lot in just a few weeks. James has said that he finds it difficult to concentrate in class due to there being so many pupils but is finding the one-one sessions a great help and is realising he knows more than he thought. It is building the confidence he needs for his GCSEs next year and Edward is showing him where he can make extra marks in his exam papers. Very pleased.

Ed has been extremely helpful in coaching my son through past papers. He has been invaluable in demonstrating to him how marks are allocated and how best to answer questions in both chemistry and biology. He has been flexible and accommodating with lessons. I would highly recommend him
