Tutoring Experience

I have taught Latin and Greek at all levels for over a decade, mostly in university contexts. I have also developed Latin curricula and teaching materials.

Tutoring Approach

I love teaching Latin, and I keep it vibrant by being sure to treat my students as individuals and to teach the students I have, not the ideal student of a textbook-writer's imagination. I am always trying to create different kinds of exercises and to explain things differently. It's so wonderful when I can help a struggling student break through.
