I am a dedicated person, absolutely determined to get the very best results possible for my pupils.
I am a Physics specialist, but can also teach Chemistry and Biology at A-level standard.
I have spent 13 years in industry with blue chip firms such as IBM, Vodafone and RWE npower, working at senior management level. My ability to inculcate transferable skills in my pupils has resulted in many moving into successful careers beyond GCSE, A-level and university education.

Tutoring Experience

I have completed my PGCE in Physics at the University of Wolverhampton and have achieved qualified teacher status in July 2017.
I have been doing private one to one tutoring for 10 years now and have a proven track record of successful examination results with many of my pupils going to Russell group universities as well as colleges in Oxford and Cambridge.

Tutoring Approach

I have a very multi-faceted approach to tutoring and look at the holistic development of the pupil within a chosen subject speciality.
I strongly believe that application of theory is the key to pupils' subject knowledge enhancement and examination success. I therefore, use a combination of past exam papers, real life scenarios with practical application of the science theory. This supports me helping to bring the topic to life for the pupil, make it enjoyable, current and relevant.
