Felicity's Feedback

Thanks to Felicity efforts, my daughter skip from bottom to one of top English groups. Felicity has a fantastic contact with teenagers and what is more important, excellent knowledge, regarding GCSE English lessons.

Felicity worked with my son, to support him in the final stages of his build up to taking GCSE English, not language and literature. Felicity had a really nice approach to lessons and engaged well with my son. she was thorough and structured in her approach to setting homework and providing feedback which worked really well. He has just received his results which we are delighted with thank you for all your support and encouragement Felicity you made a big difference.

We were able to meet Felicity on the first lesson as a family to talk through my sons needs and the areas where he needed the most support. She was very patient, kind and professional in her approach. After each lesson, homework and a summary on what was covered was shared with me and my son. Her knowledge on GCSE grade subject area meant that her teaching complemented what my son covered in school.
Most important is that my 16 year old son felt comfortable with her… and her style of teaching. In his words, each season was useful.

Felicity has been working with our daughter for the last 10 months to help her prepare for the Kent Test and we can not rate her highly enough. We have seen a marked progress in both Maths and English, as well as preparing for the tests in general. Our daughters confidence has brown massively since working with Felicity and we could not be happier.

Felicity is a great teacher and we will be using her services again for our son.

The best way I can describe Felicity is brilliant, in just over 8 months she managed to turn my daughter (year 11 student) from someone who really disliked English to a confident young person that started really to enjoy the subject. Her grades have improved quite significantly from 4-5 to high 7 and 8. The latest GCSE mock tests that she did, were all with grades above her target grade of 6 and I m sure that when she gets here results in August she would be more than pleased. The lessons where all done online due to lockdown and at first I had some reservations that they wouldn’t be as good as face to face ones, but now I’m convinced that this is a really good way of doing it. It takes less time as there is no traveling for student or tutor, my daughter was doing all of the work in the comfort of our home and you can choose to have or not to have video. My daughter loved how Felicity structured her lessons, the work load never felt like too much and it was always related to the current and past school curriculum. But by far the best attribute that Felicity has is here lovely friendly approach, my daughter found it so easy to talk to here like talking to a friend and she always commented about Felicity’s wonderful sense of humour. I would not hesitate to recommend Felicity to anyone and in fact I’ll be in touch with her again in just over year to help my younger daughter with here GCSE exams. Big thank you from one very happy parent.

Felicity has been fantastic in helping my daughter to catch up with some of the missing learning we’ve had during home learning. We will continue now all the way through to 11plus. Felicity has really made the zoom lessons fun for lily. Lily is very shy and quiet but enjoys her time with felicity.

Very happy with Felicity's tutoring

Felicity has been tutoring our daughter since September to sit the Kent Test. I've been delighted with her progress in all areas - especially Maths, which even the school have commented has dramatically improved over the course of the last year.

Felicity has a lovely, upbeat and engaging teaching style and the time just flies by when she's here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Felicity has made an instant impression on my 9 year old who thinks that she is young, lovely and fun to be with. So much so that she does not realise that she is learning anything! As a parent I am impressed at the huge amount of preparation Felicity evidently puts into her classes. After a short time she has methodically assessed my daughter leaving her feeling confident in her abilities and has begun to take her into new unchartered waters whilst giving her the necessary skills to steer them with confidence.

Felicity is very enthusiatic and is an excellent tutor for my son. He enjoys her lessons thoroughly and she makes the lessons alot of fun.
