Secondary School Maths teacher and GCSE/iGCSE examiner with 16 years of classroom experience teaching Maths to Year 7 up to Year 13 - I have been a teacher in various state and private institutions in the UK and abroad. Having taught pupils with a wide range of ability, I have developed a teaching style that is adaptable and tailored to the need of the individual. I am keen for my students to succeed and am always willing to go the extra mile for this to happen.

Tutoring Experience

After graduating from University College London with a 2:1 in Pure Mathematics, I completed my PGCE in Mathematics Education at King's College London to go on to teach in a variety of state schools/academies as well as renown international and national boarding schools.
In addition to pastoral responsibilities that I have been holding for the past 6 years, I am currently a full time mathematics teacher (GCSE, iGCSE, GCSE Further Maths and A Level) at a local private school as well as an experienced GCSE/iGCSE examiner for Edexcel.

Tutoring Approach

I am an adaptable and hardworking individual whose aim it is to build confidence and enjoyment of maths. I have high expectations of my students and aim to push anyone I tutor to make the best possible progress. I offer an initial meeting, which is free of charge, in order to discuss the specific needs of the tutee and what they hope to get from the sessions. Materials for all tutoring sessions will be provided and any completed work will be marked and feedback given.
