I am a determined young teacher who is passionate about English. The synergy of achievement, intelligence and a well-rounded character is not only effective and valuable for the learning culture but for the greater community and eventually the world. This is my goal and preference for each child, a standard every education body should have.
I have surged to keep my values and vision the foundation behind my teaching practise and all of these elements are firmly rooted as a classroom teacher and private tutor. This underpins my approach to the students; consistently and insistently setting high standards.
Such a calling and expedition requires a significant amount of verve which I have in abundance. This has been evident in and out of the school environment. I have consistently been serving the young people in a number of London boroughs for 7-8 years now. I have commissioned myself to serving young people in the borough of Lambeth, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Newham and more by providing young people with positive activities and events. These have ranged from seasonal events and more regular accomplishments. The majority of these have been faith based, though serving young people from all religions, race and creed. Such work leads one to be more sensitive to the needs of one people and fill in the chasm that exists between the state some may be in and the place we want them to be.
I have been teaching for 4 years. 2 years at a mixed inner-city school in South East London and 2 years (currently) at a semi-rural school in Bromley.
My approach to tutoring changes though my principles remain constant regardless of the tutee and situation. However, each child needs a unique approach. My principles are hard work and an enjoyment of the work. My main principle is to get each tutee of mine to develop a healthy relationship with the work as I believe this provides the fertile platform for growth.
