I am a father of two young children and a lover of dogs. My partner is a midwife and we have a labradoodle called Wilson. I enjoy music, ocean sports and football. I very much enjoy my job as a Psychology teacher and helping young adults achieve their potential.
I have been an examiner for AQA since 2019 with excellent feedback from the exam board on my ability to mark correctly. I have been teaching Psychology for 11 years and I am proud to have helped hundreds of pupils attain their A level in Psychology. I have been the Lead for Psychology at my school for 2 years and I am also very well experienced with the UCAS process.
I have a successful and pragmatic approach to teaching and this is the basis for my tutoring. My clients can expect a personally structured program that shall be based on maximising their potential due to my own assessment of their needs or working on skills they wish to develop. My experience as an examiner enables me to give specific feedback that can be used for measurable progress and my experience as a teacher enables me to communicate my ideas effectively. I like to create a situation whereby my clients feel comfortable and capable which in turn increases their self confidence.
