Having taught for a number of years I am an experienced and supportive teacher of Business Studies with a calm and patient approach to teaching.
Teaching full-time I am fully up to date with exam board requirements.
Extensive experience teaching face to face and online means that I know how to make the best use of online learning to engage and support students.

Tutoring Experience

As a qualified teacher with over ten years of teaching experience in the Sixth Form Sector, I have taught Business and Finance to hundreds of students and have a consistent record of good results.
I have taught A’ Level, and GCSE Business Studies, International Baccalaureate Business and Management at Higher and Standard Levels and BTEC Level 3 Business.

My years of experience can help students on a range of courses to unlock their potential and achieve success.

Currently, I am teaching in one of the largest Business, Economics and Finance Departments in the UK. Working with young people daily to improve their understanding of the subject and overcome a range of challenges on the road to academic success.

Tutoring Approach

The focus of my tutoring approach is to help students to understand the key models and concepts taught in the syllabus and how they can be used in exam situations to achieve higher grades.

Students will learn how to read and use mark schemes and how to effectively use case study material to boost exam performance.
