I work in Strategic Communications as a Project Manager and Research Analyst. My region of expertise in the Middle East.
I am also writing a novel.
In my spare time I read philosophy, with a focus on Western metaphysics, epistemology, and language.
I am continuosly learning, for example, by studying languages to a higher level (Arabic and Italian).
I have taught music in schools and privately over the course of 10 years.
I have taught English privately for one year (in Sweden).
I have delivered talks in schools on the subject of conflict in the Middle East and migration.
I am flexible to various approaches depending on the requirement of the student.
I prioritse dialogue and interaction over didactic learning, making use of games and creative exercises.
Where possible, I endeavour to let the pupil choose their direction of learning so as to maximise their enjoyment and commitment. As such, I try to avoid rigid programmes. However, if the student has a specific target and syllabus in mind, I am happy to lead them through it in a structured manner.
