Hi, I'm Hannah and a recent graduate from the University of Oxford with a degree in Classics. With a strong academic record, achieving a first class degree from Oxford, and four A*s at A-Level, I feel confident working with a variety of students at varying abilities. I am also a very enthusiastic and friendly individual and make it my primary goal to make the student feel comfortable and heard. Although my academic studies have ended, I still retain a passion for the subject and enjoy helping students unlock their full potential by offering personalised guidance and bespoke teaching methods. I believe in creating a nurturing learning environment where every student can thrive academically and reach their goals. Tutoring Experience

I have previously tutored several students in English Literature and Latin. These students ranged in both ability and ages, ranging from KS3 to A-Levels.

Tutoring Approach

I adopt a personalised approach, tailoring my style of teaching to the individual student. With the learning/revision process still being so fresh to me - as a recent graduate - I wholly understand the importance of catering to one's style of learning. Whether a student is a visual learner, a verbal one, or an auditory one (to name a few), I will incorporate suitable forms of teaching into my lesson. I will always place the student's voice at the centre of my approach. The central goal of tutoring is to help the student- and thus I believe in asking for regular feedback, ensuring that the process is working for them.
