We are very happy with Helen and my son enjoys each have session and it's various games and tailor made activities which are chosen and devised to suit his individual needs.
I was very impressed with our initial contact as she made sure she had enough information, background history and understanding of what he needed before accepting the position. Others didn't and just accepted without any background knowledge.
She has identified certain learning blocks and has programmed her teaching in a fun, creative and visual way which is aiding my son in areas where he needs help but in a fun playful environment. She is firm and promotes decipline whilst encouraging a good learning manner and behaviour for the child to adopt for the future

My son has been seeing Helen for the last 2 months as he has some difficulties with maths and English comprehension. Helen always greets us with a big smile and my son has always been very happy to go to his lesson. Helen is very thorough and makes plans ahead based on his needs. She always gives me feedback after the lesson and spends time explaining any issues or positives outcomes. She wrote a very thorough report to his school after only 4 lessons. She also uses relevant tools to help with my son's difficulties and seems very patient. Her communications skills are excellent. I would strongly recommend Helen to other parents whose child has special needs or specific difficulties, she is definitely helping him and giving him confidence.

Helen was very prompt to response to our email about getting help for our son, she got back to me that afternoon and we quickly got a time and date arranged for an initial assessment. After the initial assessment Helen was very good at drawing up a plan for Jimi. We find Helen very easy to work with, grounded professional with loads of suggestions on how to make learning fun and also use modern technology like reading audio books et.c

My son is very happy with his new tutor Helen, he is seeing her again today and more in the future.
