I am a young but enthusiastic and experienced tutor with a degree in music from Bangor University, and can teach Theory, Bass, Drums, and Guitar. I have performed on guitar, bass, and drums for many groups including university jazz bands and my own small rock group. I also have good experience in a choir when I toured Vienna as part of a university chamber choir.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching music in both one on one and group situations for over seven years. I have also been a camp counselor in an American Fine Arts Camp. Because of this, I have worked with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Having completed two dissertations, one in composition and one in editing, I will be able to give you a solid knowledge of all aspects of music.

Tutoring Approach

During the first lesson, I will be gaining a baseline for the level that you are personally at. After this, we will cover any gaps in your knowledge of the chosen subject together. Once you are at a comfortable level, we will work on new techniques and skills to help you grow and become a well-rounded and competent musician.
