My academic background includes a PhD exploring innovative pension governance, an LLM in Financial Markets Regulation, and an LLM in International Trade Law. My research, including an AI-driven quadratic voting model for democratic decision-making, has earned an invitation from Oxford University Press to publish my thesis as a monograph. This scholarly foundation equips me to teach complex legal concepts with clarity, particularly in corporate and commercial law, ensuring students grasp both theory and application.

As a lecturer at Azad University in Iran, I taught courses such as Commerce Law and Insurance Law, designing interactive lessons and mentoring students for professional exams.
