Although the original request for online lessons was made on the 20/10, the tutor didn’t check her internet connection and whether it was suitable for online lessons (which were offered) until 30/10, days before the first lesson.
Assuming the issue isn’t simply a random hitch the lesson could have been postponed, or may have resolved itself by the lesson, but no cancelled outright.
Why offer online lessons if your internet isn’t up to scratch?
