Jack

I'm sorry to say that my experience with Jack was truly awful. The worst part is that he accepted my request and failed to tutor me at all whilst leading me on.

I have now failed this module.

We decided to have one session per week, on Wednesdays. The first session we had was good and that's that. Next thing I know is I receive a text message saying that he can't commit as his studies have ramped up and he wouldn't be available until the end of January. I can understand his point of view but I also have exams in January which is why I need help. Also, since this website requires me to pay finder's fee on top of tutor fee, I feel like he should've had the foresight to tell me that he might not be able to commit and therefore, I would've found someone else.

After only three lessons, my son has quickly established a rapport with Jack and has found him to be well-organised, prepared for lessons, encouraging and supportive. The extra one to one tuition Jack is providing is quickly proving to be extremely valuable and I feel fortunate that we chose him. Happy parent.
