I was an A Level geography student, achieving consistent GRADE U's, averaging 12% in my mock examinations, for 1 and a half years, I started tuiton sessions with Jackie late February 2017, I had up to three sessions a week up until, and throughout my exams
When I collected my exam results in august 2017, I achieved GRADE C, Jackie helped me from being a rock bottom grade U student, to being a grade C student, in just a few months,

Unfortunately after only one session Jackie was unable to fullfill the sessions that we had booked with her. First cancelled session was at very short notice due to her daughter having a bug. As the next session was only 48 hours later I then decided it was not a good idea incase my daughter picked the bug up as she had mock exams. Jackie cancelled all other sessions that we had booked for the rest of November and December the day before we were due to have a lesson and she wouldn't be available until January.

My absence is due to an unfortunate accident, in which i have dislocated and fractured in multi places my left ankle. I am currently on heavy painkillers, a leg cast and cannot weight bear for at least 8 weeks. I am sorry, i have apologised, it was certainly unintended. I have also suggested several things your daughter to do and use to help her with revision. I cannot plan for a serious accident.
We had booked 4 sessions, in which i had a positive first session with your daughter. I did apologise for cancelling the 2nd one due to my daughters illness. You cancelled the 3rd session. We had only talked about two more sessions, when i had my accident. I cannot currently work or earn money, nor help tutees until I can walk.

My year 10 daughter took an additional GCSE in Geology a year early in an after school class, but with only 40 minutes teaching a week felt she was not fully prepared. She felt very comfortable with Jackie and looked forward to her sessions. Jackie made sure she had all the syllabus details and information on the topics she would need to know, and the extra lesson each week increased her confidence and knowledge. We were delighted to find out yesterday that she got an A*. She is now loves the subject and is keen collector of minerals! Thank you Jackie.

Nothing seems roo much trouble and from the insight I have gained working in a school environment, I can see that this lady genuinely cares about teaching and wants to make a difference.
