I completed my degree in Brighton and gained a qualification in Law with Business. I originally lived in London as a retail manager where I became experienced in Business and applied my knowledge from University. After this, I relocated to the North East to train as a teacher and have not looked back!

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for 3 years across a number of schools in South Tyneside and North Tyneside. During this time, I have taught a number of specifications including BTEC, Cambridge Nationals, GCSE and A-Level. I have also completed an additional qualification in Maths.

Tutoring Approach

KS4 and KS5 Business - During an initial session, we will look through the specifications of the course to identify any weak areas which will be addressed over the next sessions using case studies and scenarios. Any issues in longer written answers will be discussed with exam technique activities to improve analysis and evaluation discussions.

KS3 Maths (Year 6 only) - The initial session will include a conversation on what the student finds difficult and completing Maths SATs papers together. Improvement areas will then be identified and addressed in the following sessions.
