Hi, my name is James Dickson and I am a Primary school teacher. I enjoy going to the gym and any outdoor activity. I love to spend time with my family and checking out new challenges.
I am currently teaching a Primary 6/7 class with a wide range of abilities. This would include children who have special needs including autism,SLD and dyslexia etc I have over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience, mainly with children aged 7-11.
CONFIDENCE!!!!! Throughout all my teaching career, the lack of confidence that many pupils have;has been the number one barrier to them achieving their full potential.I believe that quiet, patient tutoring with constant praise is essential to encourage the student to be the very best they can.
