I am a U.C.L graduate in engineering and an avid lover of technology, education, good movies, and learning experiences. I pursued a BEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at university, graduating in 2017 with honours. While at University, I continued to hone my craft of tutoring, mentoring, and aiding students to become confident and purposeful in their studies and reasoning. I have spent the past few years mentoring and tutoring students from all walks of life and of different academic abilities, teaching them how to unearth their potential and improve their grades accordingly.

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring for over eight years, encouraging them, mentoring them, and giving them the skills and tools to help them understand and excel in school. I have tutored students of different academic abilities hence I have a great deal of appreciation and understanding of the needs of students at various levels.

Tutoring Approach

I like to engage with students, knowing their interests and likes and building a rapport with them. By bridging that gap, I can easily use their interests to find relatable scenarios to explain concepts - that has been a very useful tool. I place emphasis on teaching the student concepts and how to understand the subject content. And by giving them tests, exercises and encouraging words, students always want to give their best whenever possible.
